Maybe some day I'll feel better. Maybe things will turn around. It's possible, sure. Unfortunately I've been digging myself out of a home for so long that I don't know what it's like to be happy. Like genuinely happy, not "for a moment" happy

It's been like this for a while, but hitting very hard today. I know what set it off, I know why I feel the way I feel, and I know I'm doing my best.
