Yes, Desi was a rescue. He was found in the desert with puppies. We also think he was a Jack Chi due to his markings when he was young, and his deer-like jumps. Definitely more a chi personality, too. This photo was from his intake at the rescue with one of the puppies he was found with. 😔

I'm so sorry 😞 They look like they could be brothers! Desi loved everyone, especially our other two chi's. I'm sure he and Jack will be fast friends 🧡
