These two were planning a new food cart for a pod on SE Flavel. They’d initially planned to do hot dogs, but pivoted to a spicy chicken cart. Jessi claimed her bbq would turn heads, but Jimmy’s preference was for fried. A chicken-off was proposed.

Tyler managed the Rogue Eastside Pub and this was his first day off in a while, so he planned to spend every second of it in his kitchen. He loves hand-made pastas and the delicate, time-intensive process of stretching Japanese rice noodles.

I took Anthony to a sound studio to record a narration for his self published book. The audiobook was his mother-in-law’s idea… she would text him frequently as she read it to let him know how vividly she could hear the words in his voice.
