Trump met him to ask him to make Meta a censorship free platform, like X. I gather they reached agreement. That should please any right-thinking person. BTW, @nytimes.com is behind a firewall, who would subscribe to that?

It’s fascinating to me….the messages I’ve been reading all appear to be lauding this platform as “the place for nice people” because they think X is full of nasty people.
I’ve just read all the replies to this post and I haven’t read quite so much ignorant vitriol on most posts on X.

True but when the pretender has just 20m users reported v 600m for the incumbent, it would take something quite amazing to cause serious waves. I’ve lost count of how many of these flash in the pan contenders come and go.

I’m in favour of the total abolition of the NHS and replacement by a competitive environment of health providers operated by a wide range of for-profit & non-profit companies, charities, trusts and anyone else dedicated to providing quality care at a fair price. Oh, and treating folk respectfully.
