My 10yo is on a school trip to a WW2 museum today, and last night my 5yo unearthed this toddler book from 2021, which made me think about what a museum exhibit on the Covid experience would look like. Absolutely bloody insane, was my summation.

This was ‘my’ Carnegie library. I had read every book in the children’s section by the time I was 12. The door was so heavy I could hardly push it and inside, it smelt amazing. It’s often in my dreams though it closed 20 years ago.

10yo T has spent his holidays drawing - one of his favourite subjects is Doctor Who. I’m biased (and I have no artistic talent) but I really think this is interesting. You can tell which Doctor it is straight away.
