If you’re feeling a bit Monday-ish this morning, allow me to offer this to lighten the mood: my working cocker spaniel Pickle with a (thankfully still wrapped) tampon. I asked her if she needed a light. She is the bane of my life and my best mate.

I’m an ADHDer who loves books but can’t sit still to read. Discovering BorrowBox late last year was a game changer. Audiobooks are my jam & getting them for free is amazing. A friend recommended I try @janecasey.bsky.social DC Maeve Kerrigan series & I finished this today. Gripped, I was! GRIPPED!

I’m listening to Jane Casey’s The Stranger You Know on BorrowBox. The DC Maeve Kerrigan books were recommended to me in a book group and I’ve throughly enjoyed them all so far. Gripping, gritty, dark but with humour and real human moments. Would definitely recommend to others.
