A dark purple blob that has a vague resemblance to kirby from the Kirby games. It has glowing yellow spirals for eyes, each spiral going in different directions. There are also light purple and blue accents around its hands and feet. The "stable form" is depicted at the top, where it happily skips. To the right is it melting into a puddle of itself, the lines that form it looser. To the left is it splitting open to make a mouth, mid-screech. And finally, on the bottom is it with claws (one holding its head, the other facing the viewer). The text reads: "Crepus (It/Its). An unpredictable entity. Its appearance stretches and melts however needed, and its origins are unknown. Its form gets messier the more unstable it is."
