Finally caught up on #bigbrother after 2 weeks of painting the exterior of my house and then out of town for a work conference. Haven't seen any socials or stories. So total surprise. But sooooooo glad the house voted against Rachel's wishes. That was almost better than who was evicted

In the U.P. visiting family; driving into Marquette and gas was $2.99 at Meijer. Went to eat. Picked up a prescription for my mom at Walgreens. Drove past Meijer again (maybe 2 hours later) and gas was now $3.38. WTF!?!

I have never paid after-market prices for a new toy. It sometimes takes work, and sometimes have to pay standard shipping fees I try not to pay. But if people stopped paying scalpers everyone would get things for retail price. But what do I know ...

Ah, my favorite time of year: when my friends complain how they pay to have someone else prepare their taxes, but never complain how much they pay the other 364 days of the year for someone to change their oil, or cook a steak, or shop for them in Wally. Or from where their own salary is derived.

Worked from home today, which meant I actually got sh&t done, without getting interrupted 43 times an hour (love my co-workers all the same).
Best part was, I finally got to listen to some new albums.
#LadyGaga 'Mayhem' is FIRE. Still like 'Joanne' best. But 'Mayhem' is a close, close second.

As a 9 year old, I believed with all my sharp little teeth, that Burger King had the absolute best cheeseburgers. That it included a toy of a character I'd later find in dad's comics was just a bonus.
