We collect a bunch of social media posts and then run it through a model to determine what team/player/coach is being talked about. Then run it through a model to determine the positivity/negativity of the message.

Then we aggregate those scores to get a fan sentiment score.

Yeah, all the data is gathered from social media so it’s probably being dragged down by noise from last week where they sat starters and lost to the Pats.
