Welcome to WDID Radio! This is a project by the host of a DID (dissociative identity disorder) system to raise awareness of DID and dispel rumors about mental illness.

Kinda funny, we were just thinking about P. Diddy the other day when we were thinking about an alias. "Didi" and "Diddy" were ideas, but we voted against it because we remember that something happened that made us not want to associate with him. Now he's in hot water... Crazy coincidence.

The thing about realizing you have a disorder is that, little by little, you look back at the unexplained things in your life and realize it was a symptom. We thought hearing our own voice overlayed over itself during a traumatic event was "acute stress". Surprise. It's headmates.

Another thing: Our mother was nearly 40 when she gave birth to us and hit menopause right around the time we went to high school. This is part of our journey. "Menopause Mom" no longer exists, but she helped give us DID. It's too complicated for internet strangers to tell us what to do.

chronic fatigue girlies after a weekend where you're supposed to be "recovering" and instead just feel more exhausted

Making boundaries is scary 😣 I don't like it when we have to do that... I couldn't help but switch in right before Crystal posted that message... I always get scared I'll get yelled at for protecting myself...

Another reason why it's so important for us to remain anonymous when we talk about our mental health; our mother, who we weren't speaking with, called the other day. She's getting tested for cancer again. Despite her behavior being the main cause of our DID, we decided to reconcile with her.

Making progress is important! No matter what's happening, remember that every step in the right direction is worth celebrating.

We can solve all our problems by giving Bubbles a knife.

I feel like I didn't do that right... But I have a hard time feeling like we do anything right... Sometimes I just have to ignore my feelings and keep going, but then I make a mistake and it makes it worse...

I guess... You can call me Bubbles? It's sort of fitting because, you know, the Powerpuff Girls... I'm very shy and I'm the one who fronts when we cry.

If we go by the names of our emojis I could be the hat man and I think that's perfect for me tbh

We're not sure what names we want to go by. We have names within the system, but we don't want this to be tracked down to our legal name. That could be dangerous for us. We'll think about it for a little while as we set up our accounts.

Please forgive 🔱 for being so negative. That's our persecutor, and she's very stressed out because our life has hit a low. We're trying to use this project to make something good out of it, and maybe turn things around.

This is a terrible idea. We are going to get in drama and people are going to write callout posts about everything we do. Just want that put out there so that I can say I told you so when the other council members get bullied off the internet.

Also the layout is ugly. Just saying.
