The endangered Southern Resident killer whales are the ones who inspired us to start our non-profit. Made up of J-, K-, and L-Pods and currently numbering fewer than 75 individuals, these fish-eating orcas have unique vocalizations, behaviors, and traditions. They range from Canada to California.

If you offer an across-the-board buyout to 2 million people, the best have outside options and will take it; the worst have none and will stay.
Either (1) Elon Musk is an idiot, and he doesn't understand adverse selection or worse yet (2) he isn't, he does, and he wants the best gone.
