Infuriating for anyone who isn't a coward and traitor to the USA and its principles. The Russian "Meriupol Plan" Manafort/Trump pushed in 2016 to help Manafort be "made whole" with Oleg Deripaska) is reborn as "Trump's" recipe for peace in 2025.

Looks like Wall Street is expressing its dismay over Trump policies today. There's something different about people who play by the books, even if it's just an accounting ledger. It imposes a need for accountability, and prevents you from pretending to be rich or trying to rewrite history every day.

I never expected Trump to appeal to his own impotence as the reason he can't bring Kilmar home, but here we are! I did not see that one coming.

Just doesn't seem like the kind of thing he'd brag about.

"Homegrown terrorists," or as we know them, "people who object to totalitarian rule."

I'd say if the America most of us were born to stands for anything at all, it is Freedom of Speech - the right to dissent. Nobody needs rights of any kind to "agree" with, or acquiesce to a despotic tyrant.

So, if Venezuelans are here with tattoos, that's a war. But if we merely attack our political enemies with drones and F-18s in their foreign lands, that's not a war. Ergo, running your mouth about it *before it happens* in a semi-public forum doesn't involve war plans. Got it.

I hope all our allies don't all respond the way Canada has to Trump's international policies centered around stick-horse dressage and stoking his own ego! That would suck for regular USA Americans!

Don't worry, I'll meet you on the sidelines of history!

We lost it when ...

... Republicans won the War on Public Education

... Money made the decisions, not governments representing the public

... We chose the role of consumer over producer

... We insisted on being put above someone else

... We settled for dependence

... We sat out the game

I wonder what roles are open to thinking people in a world evenly split between those who won't think, and those who won't vote?

Nothing shows respect for Trump more than Putin keeping him waiting an hour for their "scheduled" meeting, and turning around less than 24 hours later doing exactly what he told Trump he wouldn't do - attacking Ukraine's power infrastructure.

Cut away the racism, classism, sexism, and the War on Education, and Republicanism boils down to Victim Porn, abject Cowardice In The Face Of Facts, defense and strutting of Unearned Privilege, and the ongoing victory of Tribe Over Principle.
