Normally I walk around 100 miles per month just going about my business of living. But this month I am seriously outdoing myself. This week alone I have walked 44 miles!

Had fun with an old friend in Serbia last weekend.
One of my favorite places was the Tesla museum that also holds his ashes in this urn. He believed the sphere was the perfect shape, because it has no beginning and no end.

I spent yesterday laying around my apartment booking another month of travel and my ticket to the U.S.

I honestly don’t want to return but it’s the only way to get a long stay visa and move my belongings out of Public Storage- which donated $ to the 🍊Menace.

View from my kitchen 😍

I went ahead and climbed up to the fortress above my apartment, which is in an ancient city surrounded by a moat. A flipping moat.

Um… this might be the prettiest damn place I have seen (outside the PNW of course)
Montenegro for the win!

As the orange menace and other horsemen of the apocalypse set fire to the USA, I’m going to post another pretty picture from Montenegro for your momentary pleasure.

I moved to Montenegro for a little bit. So far zero complaints.

One way to connect to a place I am visiting is to read books by local authors. This one is quite famous in Türkiye. There is even a museum dedicated to this book, which I hear is fantastic. I’ll have my nose in this for about a week. It’s 728 pages 😁

I’ve been in Türkiye for a week and have barely done anything because after living in South East Asia for seven months my body got used to heat and sunlight at the same time every day no matter the “season“ and now all I have energy for is grocery shopping and work.

And I’m okay with that.
