This is the only picture I've seen of one but a bunch of people on TikTok and Reddit I've seen swear they also had Pikachu merch with a black tipped tail when they were kids so I'd think it would be plushes from before they slimmed down Pikachu's design.

Recently picked up a copy of Pokémon Ranger and I'm excited to find out if that Manaphy egg is still intact
