So, we decided to pivot our direction for our Pride Month art and make it about comfort instead. Because despite everything that is going on, we're still here. We're still together. And we can hold each other's hands as we walk through the night. We can still be each other's light.

This year has been very rough for so many of us. There has been so much fear, anger, hurt, and confusion. It has been stressful. It has been grief-filled. It has been a constant string of battles. Right now, I think I just need a long hug, and perhaps you're feeling the same way.

We were originally going to make a very different piece for Pride - something bold, a strong statement, joining in solidarity with all the beautiful and brave artworks we've seen circling on Instagram throughout this year...but when the time came around to try making it, we just felt exhausted.
