I think we shut it down. That’s what they are aiming to do anyway. Cancel all the contracts concerning rockets and dreams, all EV purchases. Stop Pay to Congress and senate. Shut it all down and start from scratch. If Elon has found so much waste and stopped it, then why do they need more money.
