Been showing how to punch while retreating then taking a quick angle or shooting a power strike. A valuable tool against forward pressure. I think May’s really getting the hang of it!

Had a chance a couple weeks ago to be an assistant in East Van Muay Thai’s corner. Was fun to see how other gym’s work their fighter’s corner. EVMT is an outstanding team with some killer fighters! #muaythai #kickboxing
