I would expect that this should be used as evidence of "irreparable harm" that could behalf one in the absence of various injunctions, as well.

Sometimes we can find casual factors that belong to one of those two categories, but those things don't produce any outcome in a vacuum; they combine with other conditions that always include factors from the other category as well.

I've always felt uncomfortable about what I see as over reliance on a "nature versus nurture" dichotomy. It's not as if either of those things exist in a pure form. Traits and behaviors always develop from an interplay between the two.

My read on Roberts is that he enjoys the power held by the court, and is perhaps less willing to elevate the executive above it than Kavanaugh, Alito, Thomas are.

Generally speaking, no one knows how these people voted, but they are people who Griffin presumably thinks are likely to have voted against him, which is why he is contesting them.

People protesting outside Tesla -> fewer Tesla sales -> faster collapse of the company -> lower TSLA price -> less influence of Elon Musk. And anyway, where do you think that mass commitment comes from? Certainly not from people staying home.
