No it is definitely a technical problem. You chose to release this technology with no oversight and now want to claim it is too tough to put back in the box. You could shut down DALLE today until you have tools in place but that wouldn't excite VCs.

OpenAI released DALLE on the public with no oversight but wants to test a tool that detects AI-generated images more before releasing it. Deeply irresponsible people who care about nothing except increasing their company's valuation.

First, transition phrases are taught in any legal writing book. Second, I believe perma.cc is in the Bluebook. Third, if SCOTUS briefs by top advocates have so many tells that can be spotted, then an observant attorney can learn to spot them and incorporate them.
