Two landmarks near me: Basingwerk Abbey, founded c.1132, and Garreg Pharos, a Roman navigation marker restored in 1897 for Queen Victoria's Jubilee. I’ve explored these places since childhood. Consciously and subconsciously, such places shape my stories and themes. Which places shape yours?
