Our West Midlands Regional Executive met this week and discussed the strength of feeling about the flawed #Ofsted framework.
Our members' voices are being heard by employers; inspection can be high risk to individual safety - Ofsted's own report commissioned from Education Support makes it clear.

West Midlands @naht.org.uk were welcomed over the border into the East Midlands today.
We marched with our sister trade unions at Derby Silk Mill to remember the workers locked out by exploitative employers in 1833/4 for not accepting a pay cut and not renouncing their rights to be a TU member.
