So wouldn't this mean all three need Senate confirmation as inferior officers? Also, whether you can "run the clock" on acting officer limits by endlessly shifting around responsibilities.

So judges need to also remove jurors who believe ICE tells the truth or supports them by this logic. Otherwise, you are skewing the jury pool.

How similar is it to the books? Loved the book series so far. Having a rogue android whose main concern at the beginning was watching bad TV series is not an obvious protoganist.
