I have had several close calls at this roundabout. There truly is a problem with drivers in #lnk and I see no solution but to continue to drive extremely defensive.

Notice this morning at their website that the High Plains Regional Climate Center, funded by NOAA and located here at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has been shut down. They provide valuable climate data especially for agricultural purposes. This is not good.
