Hi from western Montana. I think my point is that, like sea level rise, the crisis is largely a crisis because of its impact on infrastructure, homes, etc. The presence of that stuff is also one of the limitations to actual solutions, of which fofa is very much not one.

This one's not going to work like that.

It's not clear. The immediate result will be chaos. How, when and who is able to resolve that chaos will determine the long-term solution.
