As a chiropractor, I believe being fit and being physically active would help me set an example and connect better with my patients. Being able to set my working hours later on in my career will also give me time to stay active, as well as go to my children's sporting events.

More Professional sports teams should adopt these initiatives. It gives kids a taste of sports, and gives underprivileged kid someone to look up too even if the sport they can participate in are not the same.

I don't believe Esports is a sport. It is a competition against other people. It does take practice and training to win in competition, But it lacks the physical activity required to be a sport. Even though competitive gaming can raise heart rate.

Swimming is an interesting topic when debating leisure and sports. I believe if you are just swimming laps for fun are for training then that would be leisure, but then once you start racing other athletes then it becomes a sport. Are there other sports like this? Is it always a sport?

Sport is a competitive space where a group of people ranging from 2-100 participants are competing to win or beat the other team. Typically, these events are governed by a league or separate body setting out rules and guidelines to the game, and coming up if punishments if rule are broken
