Had to buy a couple of new hats to pull the names of the winners out of, like the world's lamest magic trick. The triumphant individuals will be contacted shortly, so keep those peepers peeled. "You lucky people!" (K)

We're knee-deep in 'Shadows' at the moment but, starting in January, we'll be taking a gander at @johnjacksonmiller.bsky.social's 'Batman Resurrection.' It's all officially part of the Burtonverse timeline, so we're building a nice little '89 collection. Join The Dots. (K)

I already think the theatrical cut is unfairly maligned, but thanks to the fantastic @secretgalaxy.bsky.social video on it a while back, I felt I needed to check out this Pyun cut. Might even see if I can convince Dave & Mike to do a watch-along commentary on it. I'm sure they'll be thrilled. (K)

One of the all-time greats. (K)

When two of your favourite Spidey writers are writing the character again, at the same time. Happy days. (K)

There's a lot of Batman '89 business going on around the Ben-Day Dots offices just now. (K)

Let's face it, I was always going to pick this up (particularly considering just how good the previous collection was), but the fact it has some work by Geoff Senior made it an immediate purchase. (K)

And we're back! Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key-tinted spectacles in front of our peepers. Back in the first half of the '90s. When grunge ruled the world, and when Quentin Tarantino dominated Hollywood. It really was a time of 'Heads Or Tails?' (K)

We're celebrating #batmanday with our biggest competition yet here at We See The World In Ben-Day Dots. We've got four copies of Batman '89 to give away, two hardbacks and two paperbacks, one of each up for grabs on Instagram, and one of each up for grabs on Bluesky. (1/2) (K)

Apparently today was #transformersday. Which is funny because no-one mentioned or promoted it. Seemed fitting that the final issue of @danielwarrenart.bsky.social run hit the UK shelves in its physical format though. Every day is Transformers Day round these parts though. "'Til all are one." (K)

Did you get this? (K)

Needed a new rug for the living room. Not at all a health and safety, slips, trips and falls issue, right? (K)

We've donned the CMYK specs for another month & ended-up Lord-only-knows where in time. Is it 2021? 1989? 1993? 1994? Who knows? All we know is that it has caused there to be rips in the fabric of time and space, and that those 'Scars Run Deep.' (K)

He might be a bit "last year's model." And we might have taken him for granted a bit because the mould may have been used to the point of disintegration. And yes, he's about to be replaced by a newer, shinier model, but you can't deny that this guy has presence. (K)

Picked up these blokes at @tfnationltd for the folks at work. Turns out @blokees.official are a legitimate currency. Much trading occurred. (K)

I may or may not have started to fall down the 3rd party hole at @tfnationltd.bsky.social thanks to the good folk at @primetimetoyz.bsky.social. Absolutely love these wee guys. And I would follow a commander called Dave into the flames of hell itself. (K)

Like the sort of jerk that wishes you a happy new year in March, here I am refusing to let that @tfnationltd.bsky.social glow die. Picked these up from the Transformers Battersea pop-up store outside the dealer hall. A Transformers t-shirt is basically my uniform. I'm hurtling towards 50. (K)

As I continue to rage against the dying of the @tfnationltd.bsky.social light, here are a couple more pick-ups, this time courtesy of Simon Furman. "Rage, rage..." (K)

From the past, right up to the present day. Something about this just feels right. (K)

Got both these signed by Simon Furmann at last year's @tfnationltd.bsky.social then, like a complete dick, forgot to get them signed by Andrew Wildman. Error rectified this year. Weight off chest lifted. Have slept more peacefully since. (K)

I was on the fence about the Constructicons, and wasn't particularly fussed about the Aerialbots, until thanks to @tfnationltd.bsky.social, In Demand Toys and Toys Are Russ, I saw them in the plastic. And now I have no money for the foreseeable future. Again. Cheers, Folks! (K)

Dreamwave enthusiast @davidw140.bsky.social writer Simon Furman and artists @markerguru.bsky.social and @marcelomatere.bsky.social discussing what was, as well as what could have been, and indeed, what now will be. Team work really does make the Dream work. (K)

Didn't take any photos of this panel, as it felt a bit like stealing @jimsorenson.bsky.social and @chrismcfeely.bsky.social's baby. Suffice to say, it was a wonderfully presented and fascinating insight into what could have been in an alternate universe. (K)
