I switched to Apple Music a long time ago (got fed up with Spotify’s constant UX degradation). It’s been very decent, but it’s an Apple product: don’t expect too many features, just a very polished baseline experience.

It’s my understanding that you don’t. Informed decisions are much harder to convince than being loud about simple issues.
