oh the "back" layer looks so good, I love the way it looks like it's on a translucent green acrylic layer

Usability is the bridge: We tell management we will help them understand what computers can do, so they have better assumptions to work with. We tell programmers that we will help describe their magic to others, and in return, they'll learn the utility of a spell so they can pare their books down

Management also has their own hangups: They have problems to solve, and know computers are the solution, but don't know how that outcome is delivered. Computers are a black box of "answer", but they don't know why, or the limits they're working with, so they make decisions based on assumptions

Starting to do it for others, I found that most programmers do not think this way: There seems to be a reoccurring idea that "computers" are a hard-won skill that you should have to learn if you want their power. Like they're magic, and programmers are the studious wizards who explore them

I learned how to program, but was then immediately intrigued by the idea that you had to tell people how to *use* your program. Needing to communicate what a program can do, and how a human can use it, is what drew me in to UI/UX. That I could be good at "human-computer communication"

This game means a lot to me, it was the first horror game I was able to get through, and the last one I played with my girlfriend before she passed. It holds a lot of connection to memories.

Yeah, the "black" has a fairly high-contrast between the light and dark areas, so I dyed it much darker than it started. The blue on the hand/chest/back is also extremely bright before dying

No, the bicep and thigh bands are red elastic that I sewed to fit, they're not attached. I'm actually planning to add silicone beads inside the bands because they slip. The bodysuit has multiple buttonholes to keep it from fraying when I remove the pucks for washing, and a pretty heavy dye job

it was originally a Samus zero suit bodysuit from Cosplay Life, but it's been dyed and modified pretty heavily

the bodysuit is a gray Samus zero suit that I dyed and made modifications to. The fingers weren't conductive, so I cut them off at the wrist, but I'm planning to get a new suit and make it fingerless, instead

I have the best idea for a v2 of the front plate

"modern" take on a #signalis LSTR #cosplay. Made a few edits to make the bicep+thigh bands tighter so they stop slipping, and I don't have my gloves on, but this was a good test fit

oh, and I want to model and print some little white knobs for the back

it *is* a bracket! My girlfriend and I were debating it and looking at distances. I thought you might have stuck it onto a clip, she thought it was a bracket

ooh I *love* the half-turn for the back section!
