Happy New Year. Thanks for asking. Sixty something in Oregon on the liberal side of the middle trying to get my head around everything that's been happening. I joined Bluesky with the intent to post more and get engaged, but instead, I spent 2025 shut down and hiding. I intend to get out in 2026.

Yikes. I wish I could remember the name. I wasn't so deep into the religion that I knew all the hierarchy. It was St. Mary's in downtown Portland, OR. Whoever was serving the diocese at the time.

Politically divisive? I was at mass one Sunday years ago, when a visiting bishop stood in front of the congregation and told everyone to vote for John McCain. That was the last time I went to church.
