When I woke, my first thought wasn't "but I'm retired" or "Groove Workspace?" I was still trying to figure out the solution, and realized they'd need to have their own Groove Manager server to reset the accounts, because the public facing ones have been gone for a while.

The junk articles made it harder to find the real ones, and the customer was important and frantic. I'd written a lot of those technotes, and edited more, and was a little annoyed that I couldn't remember what they should do in sufficient detail.

I can sometimes do it with procioception, if I put fingers on either side of the needle where the hole is. Can't see it worth a damn unaided, though. This is possibly THE most irritating consequence of my age.

Also good advice. I'm getting better about this with muscle aches and spasms, and it's one of a few things that's improved my sleep. A single regular ibuprofen is usually fine.

Muscle responses are weird. I just had sudden muscle rebellion while rinsing out a wine bottle; the last inch of turning it over was bitingly nasty in the front of my shoulder. As far as I can figure, it's from repeatedly wringing out a mop above the sink last night (post contractor work).
