Allow yourself rest. Count small victories whether that’s simply hydrating and feeding yourself. Giving yourself time off screens. Reach out to a friend even if it’s hard. Maybe explore a space you haven’t been to yet whether it be inside or out.

Unfortunately it is very verbal and politically minded thanks to the layout of twitter but I fear most of it is the malaise towards starting yet another social account in addition to the political fatigue. That said I joined because all other platforms are just constant commercials. Hope this helps.
