That's not the point. Requiring women to jump through hoops that men don't have to jump through is bad policy and probably a violation of their 14th amendment right to equal protection.

I know people who died from
Covid before there was vaccine. I know not one, nor anyone who knows anyone, who died from the vaccine. This doesn't even resonate on an anecdotal level, let alone comport with the broader evidence.

A Fox News article characterizes the order as "unhinged." And, unfortunately, most of the Fox audience will believe that without reading it or considering the facts underlying the order. I read it as thoughtful, measured, succinct - a clarion call for change. I fear that ne'er the twain shall meet.

I take your point but I guess I'd say that it's "another" problem -- the real problem is that the president, acting with immunity granted by the Supreme Court, has empowered Miller, Homan, Noem, and a host of other lawless thugs.
