Something about it oddly reminds me of Made in Abyss

I made another with matcha at the demands of my sister. Tastes like grass; idk what she sees in it.

Correction: stew potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion in the soup, then braise lamb in the stew. Serve

Plant with roasted potatoes and vegetables, ladle the sauce over it and garnish with herbs and/or edible flowers.

Take out the chops, let rest, and deglaze the pan with the marinade and tomato paste. Let the sauce simmer with some added butter for richness. Once the sauce comes together, add the lamb chops back in and let the chops braise in the sauce until cooked to preferred wellness(or whatever is safe).
