Doing basic arts and crafts with incense burning, chilled music, and a cup of chai helps me recover a little when I feel rough. Think I'll call this pic 'Gentle Waves and a Subtle Acid Sky' (Posca pens on 15x15cm canvas). Might neaten it up or add to it later.
