I frequently had to help my soldiers fill out forms for food stamps. If they are low ranking, but with several kids, they don’t make enough. I have been out for a while now, but I doubt that they have suddenly started paying a living wage.

Yet, I served 15 years in the Army & can’t get benefits. I will have Mental Health coverage once I’m discharged from the VA Psych hospital.
I’m told I make too much for full health or any $ assistance. Despite being unemployed & out of $.
Those assholes need to try survive on our paychecks
