The grass trees after the fires in mallacoota were so amazing. It was like a sea of defiant spikes stretching through all the destruction. It was amazing. Today we had 5 yellow tailed black cockatoos in our garden. Eating banksia spinulosa cones we planted. Mind lifting.

Blue banded bees in our garden in mallacoota. First time since the black summer fires in our garden. Just wonderful. They love the bog sage.
