The Financial Times reported that Brittany Kaiser was in discussions with Canadian investment group RSV Capital

I noted there is an RSV Capital aka Red Shark Ventures in Canada led by several businessmen from Russia and many had been involved with Russia's Skolkovo

The prospectus shows beneficial owners of New America Acquisition 1 Corp before and after the offering with a footnote saying CEO Kevin McGurn "only has a direct economic interest in a limited number of the shares held by New America Sponsor I LLC" - begging the question, who owns the other shares?

I searched SEC database on part of note from the World Liberty Financial Form D filing - "excludes amounts offered and sold to non-US persons" - and those words don't appear on other Form Ds

It's striking that almost 100% of offering will be paid out to Trump and friends

In March I published a story on a Russian-American businessman who loaned $8M to Trump Media in 2021-2022 and apparent links to Don Jr. and Eric Trump's new business ventures

I found that Brittany Kaiser was Gryphon Board Chair during a deal linked to that network

It's good to see the media finally covering Dominari - I reported a lot of the information in the Bloomberg article previously - including that Dominari paid $750K in rent to Trump Tower and that in addition to Eric and Don Jr, 3 other Trump Org execs own Dominari shares

In March I reported on some of Don Jr and Eric Trump's business partners and found a connection with Gryphon Digital where Brittany Kaiser had been board chair

I noted "maybe there is more to these connections than meets the eye" - today's news shows I was right
