The NYT today: Dems biggest win was language that'd restore jobs of 1000s of fedl workers laid off during the shutdown & bar further RIFs through Jan. 30, while guaranteeing back pay for 100,000s+ of others furloughed, as required by law. WORST DEAL EVER: healthcare 4 all 4 temp jobs 4 few.
