I love baking but I have had mixed results with yeast bread. Baking is a nice distraction from the "disaster of the day" that we are currently subjected to!

Insulin was discovered in Canada. I am forever grateful to the selfless researchers who gave away their discovery to save countless children's lives. I am mom to a Type 1 Diabetes child. Without their discovery, my child would not be alive today.

OMG yes. It's very weird. I think it has something to do with the oligarchs wanting abolute control over EVERYTHING. It's hard to control nature. I guess that's why they want to live on Mars?
