I rarely go to Starbucks anymore & this is one of the reasons why: after waiting 17 minutes for our drinks, my "iced coffee" is basically a flavored water 🤢 My husband couldn't get a sleeve for his hot drink. Competitor sleeve FTW! At least the food was good. I feel bad for the short staffed workers
