Unfortunately, the POTUS can't expand the Supreme Court. Congress has the power to determine the number of judges. The President doesn't have that power. Congress can change the size of the Supreme Court. The House and the Senate must both agree. That's why Biden didn't.

This will be interesting. I don't believe he's alive. Why else would they be dragging their feet?? If he does return, he better sue individual people in the government for billions.
