Populist isolationist Trump is gone. He's transformed into fascist imperialist Trump.
We cannot assume diplomacy will be effective to persuade him on key issues.

We have only 2.4 hospital beds per 1000 people, compared to 7.8 in Germany, 5.8 in France & an OECD average of 5.0.
We also have 1 in 8 beds occupied by medically fit patients needing social care - an issue that Labour won’t definitively address until 2028 at the earliest. Simply disastrous. (2/2)
