Sometimes I sit in cowboy bars and read left-leaning news stories on my tablet. I keep the stories visible so nearby people can see what I’m reading. I’ll laugh aloud, shake my head, then scribble notes down. I doubt I change minds, but hopefully I make people uncomfortable, get them to look.

Haha! No. I wish I could afford it. It’s the latest project I worked on with my brother and sister in law. We’re hoping for a quick sale because we can’t afford to start on the next one until we get the profit from this.

I think it’s the opposite, that they’ve been loved too much. They’re spoiled rotten children who were never told no, and are still running with that unbridled permission.

Bill, as a true artist, you know it’s quality above quantity. Most people wouldn't know good writing if it facefucked them in a fish pond. Actually, a few months ago on X, Mather reposted one of your poems. (I think you won an award for it?) He wrote “Bill blocked me. But he’s still a good writer.”
