Another month of growth, and we're envisioning a pineapple upside-down cake (ok, maybe a small one).

I am so proud that my home airport, Orlando International, has this information posted in the women's restrooms. It would be great if clinics, hospitals, physicians' offices, hotels, & airports all posted it, and if we all learned to recognize the signs.

3 weeks later, it's starting to really look like a pineapple!

A pineapple plant that we started with a pineapple top about 2 years ago is now beginning to fruit. I put an apple 1/2 in the center of the plant to get the fruit to start. It's exciting to watch this process.
