This is why we can't take serious advice from "health coaches". This article promotes a diet with almost zero fiber. Ask an oncology nurse why fiber matters, and they'll tell you about watching people in their early 20s die from lack of it (colon cancer)

@businessinsider.com it's gross to promote a story about a company paying less than 1/4 the living wage for NYC and someone having to work multiple jobs to survive (which should be illegal), unless you are calling out these egregious practices

@hewlittpackard.bsky.social HP bricked my printer on the fifth anniversary of me buying it, even though it had worked perfectly till then and I was still paying the monthly fee. Never again will I own an HP product
