as long as there are stoplights on this stretch of road, the length of time it takes to travel it will always have a regulator... when the lights are red, the road is a parking lot. Hurry up and stop... hurry up and stop!

It's important to remember how quickly visionary leadership can positively transform a city. Copenhagen did it within a generation.
