Holy hell, Lestat….

Me and the group I took to Ireland last year for the Dingle Half Marathon. Ten days in the southwest of Ireland, with 15 runners and 4 hangers-on. 🏃🏼‍♀️☘️

I’d probably still have a car, but man, I miss living less than a mile from work. I walked to work about 3/4 of the year.

Visor most of the year. Hat (beanie if an evening run, some kind of ball cap if daylight) for winter. I need a brim to keep the sun out of my eyes.

Already have my ticket for next Friday (when it opens here)!

The scope was to cut back some of the infrapatellar fat pad. I had fallen on the ice 6 months earlier and landed on my knee. And the fat pad turned into the Incredible Hulk (SO! ANGRY!). So I could live with it or they could ✂️✂️✂️.

*hugs* for you and your eldercare. I know that’s not far beyond the horizon for me. I had a really good long run this morning (7 miles). I had a knee scoped last summer, so it’s taken me frustratingly long to get back to this point.
