Tight but undermanned is one thing. Loose and undermanned is concerning.
I understand they want Chiles to be pass first, but when that isn't working because of the wind or his play or whatever, why not a run option?

The reason MSU's defense sucks is because the rich guys who should have been buying rush ends where busy getting Haller fired because they are butt hurt he didnt let them p8ck the coach.
Smith/Rossi are only a small piece of what is going on in football this season.

Lately, it feels like there is an optimism around the football team. Why? The players haven't changed since spring practice.
When the team needed the rich guys to be buying players, they were busy sticking their nose into the administration, getting the AD fired.

That said, the top of your show is usually a guy with serious women issues, let alone knee jerk Spartan takes... and 75% of the regular talk is about gambling and drug intake, so... playing the hand you're dealt doesn't seem like it should be the largest character influence here.

You're wrong about scheduling Couch. Play the weakest schedule you can until a program actually gets penalized for doing it.
Play the hand you are dealt, not the hypothetical dream scenario rewarding non-conference intrigue.

If the entire athletic dept is at the whim of some asshole who won the lottery (genetic or otherwise), Will the new AD's job essentially be to talk that asshole off the ledge after every punt?
