Lovely stuff. Dominated by rich sticky toffee pudding.

I asked for a Longrow from the demijohn as it’s always going to be good. No idea what’s in this of course, but at cask strength you can’t go wrong for £60

It's a core range with lots of PX maturation. It's a decent and accessible malt at a fair price. I'd say Ardbeg has the best core range on Islay, shame about the marketing at times...

#Longrow might well be my favourite of the #Springbank family. It’s heavily peated, twice distilled classicism appeals to me above more complex production methods.
