Last evening was spent rescuing a cow (surprisingly, miraculously) from a bog so supper was desultory.
But this evening, my easy 'Hunters chicken' with boiled Pembs. potatoes and peas alongside the Saint-Saëns organ concerto is doing a great deal to restore the situation.
Grateful.
